About the author

   Essipit_2014Scientist by education, researcher by soul and literary by heart, espresso is for me the intersection between all these paths and a true «earthly food» («nourriture terrestre») as defined by Andre Gide. Sharing this passion is to learn continuously, as much on technical knowledge as on sensations, as much on science as on history.
